Adverbs of frequency

Remember the adverbs of frequency we've studied in class and how we use them.

Subject + Adverb of Frequency + Verb

Exemples:

I always go to school at 9 o'clock.
He never wears a uniform.
She sometimes eats chocolate.
We usually play football in the playground.

Exception!!!!

When we use the verb to BE, the adverb of frequency goes after the verb.

Subject + Verb to BE + Adverb of Frequency

Exemples:

I'm always happy.
She's never at home.
He's sometimes sad.
They're usually tired.

Practise a little more with these exercises online about the adverbs of frequency.

Present Simple

We are studying the Present Simple in Unit 2. We use the PRESENT SIMPLE to talk about:
- routines,
- habits,
- general facts.

I leave you how to do it with some verbs as an example. You can change these verbs for any regular verb, such as play, eat, drink, visit, do, etc. Pay attention we need the verb DO to create the negative and the interrogative form, and to make the short answers as well.

    Verb WORK (trabajar)

     Verb GO (ir)

      Verb LIVE (vivir)

Here you are some rules to form the 3rd singular person (he/she/it) in a correct way

Let's practise the Present Simple with some exercises

I leave you this video to watch an explanation about Present Simple, enjoy it!!

On Friday 30th, we had the "Pumpkin quiz" and there were four best pumpkins, one in each level from 3rd to 6th of Primary. And the winners were...

Beatriz Caño, 3rd

Selena García, 4th

 Nadia Rasero, 5th

Nuria Barreda and Gema Roca, 6th
